Kevin is a Detroit, MI native who graduated from Michigan State University with a BS Degree in Applied Engineering and a specialization in Spanish.Kevin possesses an entrepreneurial passion for small business development with a heightened focus on finance & accounting, sustainable & ethical business practices, and the development of operations & strategic initiatives based on business analytics (BA).
In his early career, Kevin cultivated a wealth of experience through his global explorations and diverse roles across multiple industries. From spearheading operations in hospitality to driving manufacturing processes and excelling in sales, his journey honed his keen business acumen and fortified his expertise.In 2021, Kevin along with his partners opened The PAD in Silverthorne, CO, a boutique hotel/hostel hybrid concept with focus on the environmental, communal, & sustainable aspects of traveling. The PAD quickly earned a magnitude of awards & recognition due to its unique product offerings and strong emphasis on decisions based on people & the planet. This experience helped Kevin become an expert in the field of green business and more specifically, sustainable tourism and B Corp certification.
From there, Kevin began Hospitality Consulting Solutions, a consulting company designed to assist companies manage change, optimize operations, and generally improve the profitability and overall health of their business.
Creating community and volunteering has always been paramount to Kevin. He is currently serving as the Treasurer for Colorado Learning Connections, an education-based non-profit that serves Summit and Lake Counties in Colorado. He also serves as an independent consultant for the Southwest Colorado SBDC and on the advisory board for a few Colorado based small businesses. In addition to the passions he carries through his professional practices, Kevin also enjoys mountain biking, backcountry skiing, trail running, languages, and traveling.

Following graduation, she ventured to Colorado, where she became an integral part of Walker Fine Art Gallery in Denver. Over a span of three years, Abbey honed her skills in administration and marketing, seamlessly blending her business acumen with a flair for curating engaging exhibitions. Encouraged by her experiences at WFA, Abbey established Blind Pug, LLC in 2018. This venture allowed her to extend her services to a diverse array of small businesses and startups.
With a natural affinity for creative linguistics, an eye for aesthetics, and a dedication to efficiency, Abbey's freelance digital marketing endeavors have thrived over the past six years. She has collaborated with a broad spectrum of businesses, ranging from real estate and architecture to hospitality and tech. Through these collaborations, Abbey has not only observed the unique challenges faced by independently-owned enterprises, but has also cultivated a profound understanding of their pain points.

Christina grew up in Buffalo, NY where she graduated from Buffalo State University with a Bachelor’s degree in K-12 Education. While teaching middle school science, she completed her Masters in Human Resources and Administration at Canisius College.
Christina is an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in employee relations, talent acquisitions, professional development, and organizational development. She is adept and highly skilled at fostering a positive workplace culture and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
Christina specializes in strong communication and intrapersonal skills along with crafting HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards. She has the proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the organization through effective HR strategies. Christina is dedicated to aligning HR practices with business objectives for optimal workforce performance.
